Tropical King

The Tropical King is for guests who know what they want: space to breathe, a proper king bed you'll struggle to leave, and a private porch that becomes your default address by day two. These first- or second-floor rooms run larger than our Queens — more tucked away, with a calmer, more private feel — and they sit within easy reach of the pool, gardens, and everything that makes Heron House Court worth returning to year after year.

Tropical Suite
Your own entrance. A king bed. The pool at your doorstep.
The Tropical Suite doesn't ask you to compromise. A private entrance that's entirely yours — no shared corridors, no passing neighbors. A spacious, thoughtfully laid-out room built around a king bed dressed in premium linens, with a living area that gives you room to actually inhabit the space rather than just pass through it. Property Policies
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Early and late times subject to availability — ask at the front desk (open 8am–7pm in season; 8am–5pm off-season).
Adults Only
Heron House Court is a strictly adult-only property. All guests must be 18 years of age or older. No exceptions.
$20 Resort Fee
A nightly resort fee of $20 is charged at check-in. It covers pool, rooftop sundeck, continental breakfast, weekend happy hour, and WiFi.
No On-Site Parking
We have no dedicated parking. Metered and paid lots are available nearby. Key West is best experienced on foot or by bicycle — we recommend it.
No Pets
We regret that we are unable to accommodate animals of any kind at Heron House Court.
