Our Story
Built circa 1900 and lovingly preserved on the National Register of Historic Places, Heron House Court is a rare thing: a guesthouse that honors its past without losing a beat of modern comfort.
Tucked behind wrought-iron gates on Frances Street, our 14 rooms and 2 suites surround a heated pool, bubbling hot tub, and lush tropical gardens that have been decades in the making. It's a world apart — and yet you're just a short stroll from Duval Street and all of Old Town's charms.
We're proudly adult-only and gay & lesbian friendly — a place where every guest arrives as a stranger and leaves as a regular.
